The Coaches of Influence (COI) Coaching, Mentoring or Speaking Training & Certification is comprised of three required levels and an optional level for those who desire to receive expert coaching to grow their business, life, career or profession.

Level One: Influence & Leadership Training
This 2-day training session is the foundation of the program which takes participants through the ‘Influence’ and Principles of Adult Learning overviews. The participants will learn about the relevant strategies to employ in the coaching, mentoring and speaking relationship by taking a deep dive into the depth of self-discovery. Level Two: Coaching, Mentoring or Speaking Certification
This 3-day Certification process begins with the completion of modules (specific to the lane) designed to ensure participants learn actionable Change Management, Relationship Building, Public Speaking, Risk & Conflict Management, and Effective Coaching and Mentoring skills.

Level Three: Certificate Awarding
Participants who successfully complete levels one & two are awarded a Coach, Mentor or Speaker Certification.

Optional Level: One-on-one Coaching
